Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Aly Leather Co. (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website and the inquiry process that runs through it.

What we collect

• Information you give us in the inquiry form: your name, and optionally your company name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, destination country, indicative quantity, and the message you write, together with the product page you were viewing.
• Basic technical information: when a form is submitted, our server records a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. These are used only to detect and limit automated abuse.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site. The only cookie the site sets is a sign-in session cookie for our own staff on the private admin area; it is never set for ordinary visitors.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To follow up about your project and, if you become a customer, to manage your order.
• To keep the inquiry system working and free of spam.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated, and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who can see it

Inquiry details are stored in our own database and are visible only to authorised Aly Leather Co. staff. To operate the site and send email we use service providers, website and database hosting, and an email delivery service, who process the data on our instructions. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is processed

Our hosting is provided by infrastructure in the European Union and the United States, and our team reviewing and acting on inquiries is based in Pakistan. By sending an inquiry you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email alyleather@gmail.com and we will action your request.
